This initiative aims to establish a partnership with a software development and support team dedicated to creating and maintaining an advanced version of the agency’s existing software. The budget for implementing the project is $1.1 million, with annual support and hosting costs budgeted at $75,000.

  • Security and Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive case and user data against unauthorized access or tampering, with strong access controls and protections.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain consistent, accurate, and well-structured data across the system to support accurate payments, reliable reporting, and informed decision-making.
  • Performance: Deliver fast, efficient processing even under high user or data load.
  • Accessibility: Meet WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA to ensure usability in a responsive, browser-based application that functions fully across major modern browsers and standard devices.
  • Scalability and Longevity: Build the system for long-term growth with architecture and documentation that support increasing data volume and user activity for many years without degradation.
