Concord, New Hampshire Fourth Of July Fireworks RFP
The City of Concord, New Hampshire wishes to engage the services of a qualified private firm to provide the City with a Fourth of July Fireworks Display at Memorial Field and/or adjacent farm land in the amount of $30,000. The firm must be lawfully engaged in the State of New Hampshire in the service of furnishing all material (aerial colored, noise making bombshells, grand pieces, etc.) and providing the necessary expert personnel (minimum of two) to set-up and discharge this fireworks display.
Scope of Work
The City of Concord, New Hampshire is accepting proposals from firms lawfully engaged in the
State of New Hampshire to furnish all material (aerial colored, noise making bombshells, grand
pieces, etc.) and provide the necessary expert personnel (minimum of two) to set-up and
discharge Concord’s 2025 Fourth of July Fireworks Display at Memorial Field and/or adjacent
farm land in the amount of $30,000.
The City’s intent is to award this contract as soon as possible after the February 24, 2025 due
date for the submission of proposals.
This fireworks display is to begin at approximately 9:20 PM (DARK) on July 4, 2025.
The rain date for this display is July 5, 2025 at approximately 9:20 PM (DARK).
This proposal is for July 4, 2025 but may be renewed, by mutual consent of the City and
successful proposer, for the years 2026 and 2027. Understanding the country’s 250th Celebration
is July 4, 2026, the City of Concord may increase the amount available for the Fireworks show
held on July 4, 2026. The City of Concord will let the selected vendor know by October 1, 2025
if amount will be increased.

Lastly, the deadline to submit proposals is due at 2:00pm on Monday, February 24, 2025.
